FRIEDRICH Vibrator Motor F-Type

These maintenance-free vibrator motors have been built for over 40 years with great success. The motor has a cylindrical roller bearing with high load capacity and improved bearing life. These bearings are lubricated for life with a special grease. Errors associated with re-greasing are eliminated. By using our maintenance-free vibration motors, overall maintenance costs will be reduced.

FE models are designed with increased safety “Ex e” for use in areas with potential hazard by dust (zone 21 and 22) or gas (Zone 1) in accordance with directive 94/9/EC and 2014/34/EU.

Used exclusively on Ex e motors. These rubber hose assemblies are ideal for heavy mechanical stress according to VDE0282 Part 4, such as the type H07RN-F or A07RN-F or higher grade cable. There are 7-wire cable for zones 21 and 22 used as the PTC and can also be connected with this cable. Specifically: 3x phase, 1x Grounding, 2x PTC, 1x unoccupied. Some motors may also be a 4-wire cable for the live conductors and cables for the PTC, which a second cable gland is used. For this purpose, please contact FRIEDRICH Schwingtechnik.
Mounted on the motor terminal box is an ATEX-sealing plug and ATEX Cable gland. Use only certified components for assembly of the cable. The O-ring for sealing must be installed and undamaged.

FRIEDRICH / VIMARC® Stainless Steel RVS-Type

FRIEDRICH/VIMARC® stainless steel motors were developed to meet the constantly increasing demands on hygiene, germ-free use, and good cleaning characteristics in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
The stator housing and the terminal box cover of this series are made of investment-cast stainless steel and are hermetically sealed by deep-drawn stainless steel sheet metal covers. Special cleaning openings in the stainless steel housing provide excellent cleaning possibilities on the underside of the housing.
The smooth motor surface – without any ribbing – allows absolutely no formation of germs.
In all other respects these motors satisfy the general specifications of standard FRIEDRICH motors.

FRIEDRICH Coupled Motor FK-Type

Coupled motors are designed with a one-sided elongated shaft connected by a split end cover with center hole. Two motors are connected by a coupling. This compact design is facilitated by the interaction of four vibration motors and achieves linear vibrating with very high Working Moments.
